Account & Data Deletion
Digital Mitro CRM — web portals and mobile app · Last updated: 23 July 2026
You can request deletion of your Digital Mitro account and the personal data associated with it at any time, whether or not you still have access to the app.
How to request deletion
Send an email to digitalmitrous@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request." Include your full name and role (Admin, Employee, or Client) so we can locate your account.
Email to request deletion
If you're an Employee or Client, you're also welcome to ask your organization's Admin or SuperAdmin directly — they can action the request from within the Service.
What gets deleted
Once we verify the request, we delete:
- Your account profile — name, email, phone, password, avatar, and job description
- Your push-notification token
- Messages, files, and attachments you sent or uploaded, where technically separable from other people's records (e.g. a shared channel history)
What we may retain, and why
Some records may be retained for a limited period even after a deletion request, where we have a legitimate reason to do so:
- Payroll and attendance records — for statutory bookkeeping, tax, and labor-law compliance
- Records needed for an active security or fraud investigation
- Business records entered on behalf of the organization (e.g. lead/callback details for the business's own customers) — these belong to the business, not the individual employee who entered them, and remain with the business unless the business itself requests otherwise
Anything retained under this section is kept only as long as necessary for that purpose, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
How long it takes
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of verifying your identity.
Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone. If you're an active employee, consider checking with your Admin first — depending on your organization's process, deactivation rather than deletion may be more appropriate while your employment continues.
