Terms & Conditions

Digital Mitro CRM — web portals and mobile app · Last updated: 23 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Digital Mitro CRM system — the Admin, Employee, and Client web portals, and the Digital Mitro mobile app (together, the "Service"), operated by Digital Mitro. By logging in or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who Can Use the Service

The Service is provided for use by the employees, administrators, and clients of the business operating it. Admin and Employee accounts are created and issued by a SuperAdmin or Admin — there is no public self-registration for these roles. If you need an account, contact your administrator (see Contact Us). Client accounts may be created via self-registration on the Client portal, subject to approval where applicable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

4. Roles and Permissions

Access within the Service — which employees, channels, and features an Admin can see and act on — is controlled by scope and permission settings configured by a SuperAdmin. We're not responsible for decisions made using data or features that a SuperAdmin has granted access to.

5. Content and Data

Business records entered into the Service — including attendance, tasks, chats, files, payroll documents, and business-contact (lead) data — belong to the business operating the Service. Personal account information belongs to the individual it identifies, subject to our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you submit.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

7. Termination

A SuperAdmin or Admin may deactivate or remove an account at their discretion, including when an employee or client relationship with the business ends. You may also request deletion of your own account — see our Account & Data Deletion page.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Mitro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify users in-app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
